These terms govern your use of thelnk.is. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
thelnk.is lets you claim a username and publish a public link-in-bio page. The service is provided “as-is.” We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features, and we'll make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes where practicable.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the service.
Usernames
Usernames are assigned on a first-come basis and remain yours while your account is active and in good standing. We may reclaim or reassign a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is used in bad faith (including squatting), or violates these terms. Don't register usernames you don't intend to use.
Your content
You own the content you add to your page. You grant thelnk.is the limited license needed to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service. You're responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to publish it and the links you add.
Acceptable use
Don't use thelnk.is to distribute malware, run phishing or scams, harass or endanger others, publish illegal content, infringe intellectual property, or spam. We may suspend or remove pages, links, or accounts that abuse the service, harm others, or threaten its stability.
Selling and payments
Commerce features (products, tickets, tips) are not yet available. When they launch, additional terms and a third-party payment processor will apply, and you'll be responsible for the legality and fulfillment of anything you sell.
Termination
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your public page and stored profile data may be removed.
Disclaimer & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
