thelnk.is is a link-in-bio service: you claim a username and publish a public page of links. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
Account data — when you sign up, our authentication provider gives us an account identifier and the email address you sign in with. Profile data — the username you claim and anything you add to your page (display name, bio, links, and, in future, photos and products). Technical data — standard request information such as IP address and user agent, processed to deliver and secure the site.
Your page is public
Your profile at thelnk.is/your-username and everything you choose to show on it are
public by design — that's the point of the product. Don't put anything on your page
you wouldn't want publicly visible.
Authentication
Sign-in and account management are provided by Clerk. Clerk's privacy policy governs the authentication data they process on our behalf. We do not store your password.
Hosting and logs
The service runs on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2, and related products). Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical data as part of delivering and securing the site.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and operate the service. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
Payments
Paid features and selling are not yet available. If and when we add them, payment processing will be handled by a third-party processor (such as Stripe), we won't store full card numbers, and this policy will be updated before any charge is possible.
Your choices
You can edit or remove links and profile details at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account and associated profile data, contact us at the address below.
Children
thelnk.is is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
